NFL Game Pass has a new home with DAZN!
DAZN will continue offering you everything you’ve enjoyed on NFL Game Pass including all of your favourite NFL Game Pass content with live games, Playoffs & Super Bowl LVIII, highlights, NFL RedZone, NFL Network, NFL Programs and more, but on a new platform.

Getting Started on DAZN

Game Pass Subscribers New to DAZN
NFL Game Pass users who are new to DAZN can simply sign into here, using their NFL Game Pass email address. Upon attempting to sign in the first time, you’ll be prompted to create a new password for DAZN and you’re good to go.

If you are a paid subscriber and have opted in for auto-renewal for NFL Game Pass, all you’ll have to do is create your password, however, if you have not opted in for auto-renew, you’ll need to add your payment method on DAZN to maintain your access to Season Pro for the 2023 season.

Free subscribers only need to create a their DAZN password.

Existing DAZN Subscribers
NFL Game Pass users with an existing DAZN account simply need to sign in using their existing DAZN account details, so long as the email used to sign into DAZN matches the email address used to sign into Game Pass previously.

If your NFL Game Pass email account and existing DAZN email account do not match, you can either continue to use both accounts separately or cancel one of the accounts if you prefer to manage your DAZN and Game Pass subscriptions under a single account.

Subscriptions
Note: A subscription to DAZN is not required to access Game Pass, however new for the 2023 season, all Game Pass subscribers also receive access to DAZN’s new freemium product.

Subscriptions for 2023
Subscriptions for the 2023 NFL season will be available to purchase starting August 1st for the Season Pro subscription. For Game Pass’s first year on DAZN, Season Pro and Weekly Pro subscriptions will retain the 2022 pricing for the 2023 season.

When the season commences in September, we will again be offering a non-renewing weekly subscription package, known as Weekly Pro, for the entirety of the regular season, with playoffs and Super Bowl packages arriving in the postseason.

• Season Pro – £150.99 upfront or four installments of £37.75
• Weekly Pro – £14.99

Mobile Only & Essential Subscriptions
As part of the transition to DAZN we will be discontinuing the Mobile Only subscription tier. If you’re a subscriber who purchased the Mobile Only subscription tier this past season, you are entitled to purchase the Season Pro pass this coming season at the 2022 Mobile Only price.

Payment Options
Payment options for the Season Pro pass remain unchanged for 2023 with the option to pay in full or to pay in 4 (or 3, depending on when you subscribe) installments. Weekly and playoff passes are one-time charges. Subscriptions can be purchased directly from the DAZN website or through in-app payments on iOS as well as for the first time on Android.

Features
Bringing Game Pass to DAZN brings with it some new and exciting features for the 2023 season, such as:

● Free to watch DAZN content – Get access to free to watch sports highlights and other content on DAZN without the need for a DAZN subscription

Game Pass Content on DAZN
In addition to all preseason, regular season and post-season full games, highlights and condensed (“Games in 40”) for the 2023 season, we will continue to make available the best selection of NFL Originals, including America's Game, Super Bowl Classics, the best of NFL Films Presents, and all 40 episodes of NFL Game Pass Film Sessions with many of the game's current superstars.

Coaches Film
At present, Coaches Film is not available to watch on Game Pass on DAZN. We are working on a way to continue bringing this content to you in the future.

Where to Watch
DAZN is available to watch online as well as on iOS and Android mobile devices and tablets, AppleTV and Google TV, gaming consoles and most major SmartTVs. For a full list of the available devices in your area, visit https://www.dazn.com/en-GB/help/articles/supported-devices

Watching Offline
At present, there is no option to download games and watch them offline. We are working on a way to bring this feature back to Game Pass in the future.

Game Blackouts
For the UK market, including Northern Ireland, two games each Sunday are subject to blackout. Blacked-out games are made available to stream on DAZN 24 hours following the conclusion of the initial broadcast. The list of blacked-out games each week is typically made available three or four days before broadcast.

Account Management

How do I manage my account?
Managing your Game Pass account is now done through the My Accounts page, which can be accessed online at www.dazn.com or through your SmartTV and Gaming Console apps. Mobile and Tablet users must log on to DAZN’s website in order to manage their accounts.

Please note, that due to the high volume of new subscribers, it may take up to 24 hours to access the My Accounts section following registration.

How do I cancel my account or subscription?

Refunds
Game Pass subscribers wishing to receive a refund for the 2023 season can request one by contacting Customer Support here; please note that refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.

Game Pass Data
The migration of Game Pass’s user data was undertaken in compliance with privacy laws in each jurisdiction/region where Game Pass is offered and is only transferred where the transfer of personal data, on a basis other than consent, is permitted. User information was collected for the purpose of providing the Game Pass service, and the transfer was undertaken on the basis of allowing for continued administration and use of this service. NFL, OverTier (the outgoing provider), and DAZN take protection of customer personal data seriously.

The transfer of data was subject to confirmations from DAZN of compliance with applicable privacy law, which includes high data security standards. All payment details are stored securely by globally recognised payment service providers which have the appropriate controls and security in place to hold payment details. NFL, OverTier, and DAZN do not store any customer payment details.
